Our Environmental Compliance Department consists of highly qualified and experienced atmospheric scientists, environmental scientists, project engineers, and air quality specialists. These professionals help regulated facilities, as well as reviewing agencies, identify permitting needs and monitor compliance requirements of the Clean Air Act, Greenhouse Gas Rules, Clean Water Act, and state/local regulations. Our expertise encompasses:
